  2. Hi Marcus, this is a lady from NC and my daughter works with a lady that studies these oils and she recommends Bergamot, frankincense, and sandalwood. A couple drops of each in a diffuser works best. I also suffer from social anxiety to the same extent u do and sincerely hope this works for us both! Good luck and God Bless!
